This is the second of a “family” of pizzerias that has its own distinct architectural personality from the Stoneway “child”. Whereas in Stoneway the restorante is geared more to “family” dining; the Westlake pizzeria is geared more for the inner city urban dwellers.  Tutta Bella Westlake, though smaller than Stoneway, presented many technical and code issues. This highly coveted location owned by Vulcan Real Estate is situated above the Whole Foods store, and adjacent to a hotel and condominium complex. As great as this location is, it presented the design team and construction team with many complex issues. The design incorporates a mezzanine and separate bar that are located to embrace views to the Space Needle. Both new and old motifs were used by combining both ageless carrera marble with old growth timber from the northwest.
