A truly wonderful project for us to work on. This turn of the century home was completely refurbished with additions such as a home theater, a lower floor cocktail bar (The Dive), a wine cellar, etc., that offer our clients guests many fun filled evenings. The program also called for a new two car garage area in the front yard which was designed to fit within the context of the existing residence. For many months the local neighbors, who had grown to love the landscaping in the front yard, were worried that the new garage would be an abrupt statement to a friendly sidewalk stroll. But after the completion of the project (with the new garage), the neighbors were all “thumbs up” with the results of our work.
