A master-plan for the transformation of a 16 acre parcel into a public market and square with an inn and live/work studios as well as a plant nursery located in
Yountville, Napa Valley, California, 1997. This property had been in the family for many generations. Our approach was to work with the City of Yountsville to create pedestrian corridors that would connect the center of this small community with a public market similar to Seattle’s Pike Place Market.
